Out office hours are 8:30am - 5:30pm Mon - Fri and 8:30 - 1pm Saturdays, during which time we operate an efficient and informative reception, answering several incoming lines.
Our customers should never have difficulty contacting us as even outside office hours we have an answering service.
All our installation work and new equipment supplied is fully guaranteed for a period of 12 months. Within which time should a problem occur, we aim to respond within 3 working days. Locally this time scale may be reduced to as little as 24 hours.
